Coastal Expression

I recently rented a kayak for a multi day trip. The service, response rate, knowledge and equipment were all excellent. Coastal Expressions friendly service contributed to an excellent trip.

It’s closed for construction.
Maybe you can book online and they bring the boats down to the launch, but the building itself is empty. Don’t turn up at building unfounded like we did, waste of a taxi ride 😂

For small distance Kayak rental you can go to Jeff’s on Newcastle island. These guys seem to have some good quality kayaks you can use to go round the island

Went on the Jesse island 2.5 hour tour. It was a nice outing. Friendly knowledgeable staff and guide. Fair price for 2.5 hour tour.

For the 2nd year in a row we had a ladies kayak party for my wife's birthday. Everyone had a great time exploring the shoreline around Newcastle and Protection Islands. Booking with Coastal Expressions was easy and flawless and we'll probably do it again next year!

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The equipment was all in great shape and of high quality. When we didn't have a roof rack, they loaned us one for free.
