He listened to understand our needs and provided a proposal with options and recommendations. The installation was on time and tidy. Now we enjoy great sounding music all day in the store! When we have problems running our equipment we call him and he comes to help us out the same day or next day. ( you're the best and patient) Rob has now worked in four rooms in our home. I had a great experience both times Rob did an excellent job on my interior speakers he had to replace them, cause that major Windstorm we had back in Dec I think it was 2016-2017?. It put a tree branch through my roof, so it water damaged my other ones and he just finished installing my patio speakers! Highly recommend his work/knowledge P.S. Definitely using him again for any future projects
