(July 14, 2018, 2:59 am)My wife and I wandered into Delco looking for a new fireplace and were told that they only sold directly to installers, they were not retail. However the young man there showed us their showroom, answered all our questions and provided helpful information knowing full well he couldn't sell us anything. He did provide us with several cards of independent installers which he recommended. Ultimately Delco will gain by their excellent service, and they deserve it.
