Departure Bay Dental Clinic

I had a rogue tooth that needed immediate attention, and I got it. It was a bad situation, but I can't think of any way they could have handled it better. Two things in particular I greatly appreciated:
1) The set me expectations for the amount of pain and length of time to recover low, so when things went more smoothly, it was great relief.
2) They explained things very clearly, even while they were performing the procedure.
Not particularly relevant to care, but a nice bonus: the view from the dental chair is awesome.
For clarity: I'm not really an otter. To my knowledge, they only do human dentistry.

I recently changed Dentists and after my first appointment at Dep Bay Dental Clinic I am SO glad I did! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with such kindness and respect. They took a very nervous new patient and made me feel relaxed and welcome. Every single person that helped me there today went above and beyond and I am forever thankful.

The experience that my family and I have had in going to this dental office is truly first class. My wife also has very sensitive gums and has commented on how gentle the hygienists are. After moving around a fair bit and experiencing many dental offices I can honestly say this office is the best.

Amazing work and very informative and professional. I couldn't be happier with the work dr Buchart did for me. Thanks to her I can smile again. Thank you so much!
