Destress And Detox Aromatherapy And Massage

My husband snores so loud that I have to use silicone ear plugs and even then I have a hard time drowning out the snoring. I even considered moving into the spare room to get some sleep, But the oils destress and detox have giving me has changed the snoring DRASTICALLY! In 1 night he went from impossible to to a realistic 2. I am so happy. I recommend this product to anyone dealing with this issue.

I have been seeing Britanny at Destress & Detox for about 2.5 years now.

I began with Reflexology appointments - which i still uphold; monthly, if possible. The Reflexology leaves me feeling energized in a “re-set” type of way, and deeply relaxed through my Nervous System in a way that I am not able to access on my own.

After some deep grief & trauma in my life, Britanny suggested an Aromatherapy Massage to provide further support. The level of deep relaxation and healing that was found through these massages has been profound; I would wish everyone in the world to have this experience to help support them in their life. I have been working with oils myself for many years; but Britanny added her knowledge & experience with Essential Oils to take things to a new level. Alongside the Aromatherapy Massages - which i try to get every couple months - she has created a body oil for me to use, as well as a roller to use at certain times. The body oil and roller contain different blends she has curated - specific to me and her knowledge of my life/body. I have a very stressful job and these blends support me to let go of the deep attachments i sometimes feel to the stress i encounter at work, and to assist me with shedding the weight of the day so i can come home grounded and feeling calm. My own knowledge of essential oils has expanded greatly in my work with Britanny over the past few years and I now absoloutely count on my oils daily, different oils/blends for different reasons, to support me in continuing to carve out a balanced life. The oils and services offered at Destress & Detox have been an incredible support for me through some of the deep challenges of my life.

Britanny is a miracle worker? Not only that she helps me release stressed by massage but she can also mix up some oils together to help with any issues or pains you may experience.
I was struggling with my 4 year old daughter with her tantrum’s and miss behaving. I would explain it to Britanny and she would blend some different oils together to help calm my daughters thoughts and emotions, she mixed me a bottle to massage her little back at bedtime (I just say to my daughter it’s massaging oil that gives her beautiful dreams; so she gets excited everytime When I bring out the bottle , and she gets so relaxed) and an other bottle to put in my diffuser just put a couple drops at night time in her room and also I would run it during The day. Within a week I noticed a huge difference in my daughter!!!! Of course she will have her moments time to time but overall behaviour has turned dramatically ❤️ Britanny has also mixed me a little roll on when I was pregnant to help with my leg cramps and it helped a lot !

Brittany is amazing! A compassionate and caring therapist. I've been seeing her for 3 years on and off. I was doing Hot Rocks, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.
Starting May 2020 I finally was able to arrange my schedule to start an weekly EFT and a daily Aromatherapy treatment program.
I've suffered from Chronic Migraines, Chronic Tension Headaches and chronic pain for 7-8 years.
Since May the severe migraines have gone from daily (7 days a week) to 3-4 days a week . The pain in neck and shoulders has decreased in intensity.
This a miracle for me.
