(September 11, 2020, 3:51 pm)This is by far, my favourite pet store in Nanaimo!! It is neat, clean, not cluttered!! The people are AMAZING!! So much knowledge!! Everything I need or want is here for my kitty!!! They even have a self washing station for dog baths in the back!! They are always so welcoming and friendly!! Fantastic place!!
