The absolute BEST breakfast sandwich in Nanaimo along with a bunch of other things. Genuine people. Tremendous location.

I was recommended that I stop here for a coffee on my way to the ferry. As we had some time to kill, the recommendation came from my good friend and colleague Greg. We stopped and had to drip coffee‘s, given the name, we thought that was the correct choice to make from the menu. Then went down to the beach and took in the view of the crows in the water while enjoying our drip coffee’s from drip coffee. Good service nice location five stars.

Not only is Drip a beautiful spot to stop, get a coffee, and watch the waves in Departure bay, but the food is always great (my favourites are the roast beef sandwich and the avocado toast) the coffee satisfying, and the staff friendly and helpful.

I very much appreciate the fact that the owners and staff adhere very strictly to pandemic protocols and keep the place clean.

Come early if you want to snag a socially-distanced seat (parking gets a bit tough towards midday, but there's always some near the waterfront or on some of the side streets).

Whether to grab a coffee on a date, or just to sit down with a good book, I strongly recommend Drip to one and all.

Great coffee every time! The convenience of the outside take away window makes grabbing a coffee to go easy. Excellent service. It was even raining one day and they ran my order to my car.

By coincidence, both my wife and I looked at each other at the same time and said: wow, that's one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had. Loved the chocolate chip brownie as well. The service is great and he staff is taking many precautions and keeping things sanitized. Loved the view
