(February 17, 2019, 1:46 am)How do i just get them people to hold packages? I don't want it on the delivery truck, it never arrives on time, or is always late or pushed back. I just want to be able to physically go to a FedEx brick and mortar location, show my ID, and pick up my package without having to wait 24-72 additional hours once its placed onto a delivery truck. Sometimes packages are of the utmost importance, and planning and scheduling, around a scheduled delivery time, usually has a 20% chance of fitting your time frame that goes in accordance with the time FedEx themselves allotted. How do I have all packaged held at the counter for pick up, once they arrive at location? Is this possible? Can someone help me, please?
