Had a wonderful experience buying my Forester from Galaxy Nanaimo. When I went in it was a seamless process. They had a system for everything. Working with salesman, speaking with the GM, finance office to insurance. Luke did a great job of making me feel like I was part of the process and the process was great. I even had a mechanical issue, after the fact, that I spoke to them about. They took care of it professionally and in a timely manner whereas any other dealership I’ve been to in the past would have looked at me like I was an alien who they had never met before. These folks were great. Highly recommended.

We went in on Wednesday to see if we were eligible for financing. Went back on Saturday and drove home off the lot! They were very helpful and understanding. John & Leo were very hands on and helpful. Making sure everything went through. The finance team and insurance people were amazing as well. Highly recommend.

Mike and his team were great to deal with. Bringing the vehicle down from Victoria with no stipulation of buying it to do so. Kept us in the loop the whole time and made it a very easy process to buy. We left with a vehicle that we love.

I have to RAVE the customer service experience I had with Galaxy Motors Nanaimo.
I purchased my first Ford truck in December 2019 because Jake, the great salesman that he is, talked me into the showroom and pointed out the Ford F150.
Clayton is so knowledgeable and made some great suggestions to ensure I had the coverage I needed on the purchase.
It had a few small tweaks to be made by the service shop and Chris was absolutely thorough with delivery of services provided. He is professional and knowledgeable and a straight shooter.
When I ran into a problem with the rims on my truck, Luke stepped in and made certain that I was taken care of and that I was happy with what they provided me.
All in all the Galaxy Motors team was outstanding in their service, knowledge and customer satisfaction! I would recommend them and most definitely deal with them again in the future!
