Gordon's Homes Sales

We recently just finished up with Gordon’s and we would fully recommend going this route. The sales staff were not pushy, made us feel comfortable and really helped us get what we wanted from the house.

The floor plan fits our lifestyle and maximizes all usable space and being fully ready to live in with light fixtures, blinds and appliances was a huge bonus for us.

We also hired Ecklundson Construction, their affiliate company for our site prep, decking and skirting were very satisfied with the work quality as well as their friendly staff.

Overall since our first conversation to finish we are very happy with the final product.

Everyone at Gordon’s Homes has been incredibly friendly, supportive and accommodating during the process. Even before spending a dime or committing to anything, everyone frequently made time to squeeze us into their already busy days to answer questions and address our concerns. I highly recommend everyone at Gordon’s Homes for their knowledge, attention to detail and friendliness! They’re a pleasure to work with!

*Edit: Everyone is still accommodating but since making our down payment in September (with a delivery estimate of late May) communication got slower, and our date has been pushed several times due to labour, supply issues etc. etc. We’re now not expecting delivery until at least mid July and with every request for update it gets pushed further into the future.

Shawn was very helpful and made our experience of designing our home a pleasant one. Unfortunately once our house was delivered it took much longer then we were told before it was ready to move in but overall appreciate the craftsmanship and would recommend Gordon homes to anyone looking for a manufactured home.

Jeff Wagner has been wonderfully helpful and easy to deal with. The company install has been flawless so far and they even helped us with our tenancy agreement. Truly impressed with the fit and finish in our new home. This company is so easy to deal with they already feel like family.

What a happy day - the day we first drove into Gordon's Homes! And purely by chance!
We had never imagined that we'd be able to create such a personalised home for ourselves in a manufactured format. Jeff Wagner took us through the first steps of the process that day and we left full of excitement and ready to purchase the lot we'd been dithering over. During the next few weeks we did our own custom design, which was then interpreted very accurately by the draughtsperson at SRI Homes. When we were ready to place the order we were confident that the additional diligence by everyone at Gordon's Homes would ensure a successful outcome. We were not disappointed. The home arrived exactly as designed and we were also pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the finish internally and externally. Having previously built five homes for ourselves of traditional construction, we were not amateurs to new home building, but the finished home exceeded our (somewhat nervous) expectations.
Through the whole process Jeff and his team at Gordon's Homes kept us fully included in the progress. This was crucial to us as we were not able to be on site other than for quick visits. The project was totally managed by Jeff - from Building Permit, through site prep and installation of a septic system to the construction of decks and porch when the home was on site. We also fell for an EzLog cabin for the backyard and this too we merely had to pick and hey presto! it was on site and totally complete!

Because our new home is on a Gulf Island, we could not have undertaken the project on our own without huge headaches. By having used Gordon's Homes, our enjoyment of our home and location are not compromised by memories of nightmares which would, no doubt, have occurred without such professional guidance and help.
We are grateful to Jeff and everyone at Gordon's Homes and have no hesitation in recommending their services - in fact since being here our home has attracted a huge amount of admiring comments - and friends of ours (through our recommendation) our currently awaiting delivery of their new home courtesy of Gordon's Homes.
