Great, friendly office. I always feel well taken care of by both the hygiene team & the doctors! Dr. Beslic is gentle, kind, & efficient. The new COVID protocols feel safe. Highly recommend!

I had been in terrible pain for almost three weeks due to an exposed root on a tooth. My own dentist had been closed since mid-March due to Covid-19 and still has not opened his office. I was hoping daily that he would re-open and I could make an appointment with him to fix the problem I was having. Sadly this never happened so I began looking for the emergency on call dentist in Nanaimo. It took me three days to track down which dental clinic was on duty as the emergency dental clinic and it turned out to be Harewood Dental. They had just opened when I called and spoke with Kevin (office manager) and explained my plight. He listened patiently as I described my symptoms and the pain I was in. Kevin took my contact information, said he would check with a dentist to see if I could be squeezed in and would call back in 5-10 minutes. True to his word he called back almost immediately, told me to come in right away and they would look at my tooth. I arrived at their clinic 20 minutes after speaking with Kevin and was greeted by Danielle (receptionist) and Kevin both of whom were incredibly kind and genuinely concerned about my condition. They immediately took me into an exam room where Dr. Brianne Henderson and her assistant Divika found and fixed the problem. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment as well as the care and attention that I received not only from Dr. Henderson but from all of the staff I dealt with at Harewood Dental. My wife and I had been looking at changing dentists and as a result of my experience we have requested our dental records be transferred to Harewood Dental and now consider Dr. Henderson our dentist. While I have not personally met all of the staff at Harewood Dental based on the care and attention that I received from Dr. Henderson, Divika, Kevin and Danielle I would highly recommend Harewood Dental.

I’m not in Nanaimo currently and I was having extreme pain in one of my teeth. I called at open and told the receptionist exactly what was going on. She listened to everything I had to say, she was extremely empathetic and offered to talk to the dentist for me when she got in at 11 to get me antibiotics. By 12 I had a call from the pharmacist in Richmond saying a prescription was ready. I’m very thankful everyone is so efficient and understanding!

Great first dental visit for my 2.5 year old son. They were warm and inviting and he had an amazing first check up. They were also super understanding with the real life struggles of trying to brush a young ones teeth. It was a super easy process to get an appointment and we were really pleased with our first experience. We will be back!

I am a new client and have been seen three times in less than a month! I find the service to be excellent ! They are quick to get you an appointment, friendly, get you in the back into your chair with very little wait times, great at explaining everything and making you feel at ease! Everyone is very on-top of giving you options before proceeding and looking into extended dental to see what's covered. They were great with my toddler and not pushy at all. So far I am very happy! After 15 years with the same dentist I decided it was time to find a new office after being told it was a 6 month wait... Called Harewood dental and they had me in days later. Keep it up !
