(August 28, 2020, 10:00 pm)This park is partially fenced, usually in shade and right near the beach. The equipment is designed more for younger children in my opinion though. Kids older than 9 or 10 may not find much to play with here.

(February 6, 2020, 7:34 am)Kin hut is a small area of Departure Bay Beach. It has a fun kids play park, public washrooms, picnic tables and its right on the beach boardwalk. Free parking.
