I hate shopping. I hate dressing "fancy" and I hate talking to strangers.
I went in this location in a mild panic. I needed something that wasn't jeans, filled with holes or marred by stains. I went in on a whim during a pandemic. Two ladies greeted me at the door. Listened to my slightly manic rant and than magic. One of them handed me what I was looking for. Made some truly awesome suggestions. I got pants and a vest under budget and some wonderful information.
Not as inexpensive as second hand, and I feel like I need to clean most of it at the dry cleaners, but I haven't looked as dapper in years.

I recently needed to buy a suit with a very short turn around time. Shawne greeted me as I walked in the door and from that moment on took very good care of me. She found the shirt(s) I needed, and after a few attempts found the perfect suit along with matching ties and socks. She was friendly, professional and knowledgable in everything she did. I would highly recommend this location if Shawne is the professional taking care of you.

Recently visited this Nanaimo Moore's store to purchase some dress shirts/pants/shoes. Terry provided excellent service and helped me match everything so I looked great! She was professional, courteous and spent over an hour with me making sure all my purchases would be hemmed correctly for a perfect fit. Rare to get great service like this. I will be back.
