Great services and great staff. I had a past bad experience having earwax removed at a different location. At the Nanaimo Hearing Clinic the steps were explained to me and procedure was easy and comfortable. We also had our hearing check too! The reception is friendly, helpful and fun to chat with. A big thank you to all of you.

If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars, I would! If you need any hearing services this is the place to go. I went to one of the chain locations in Nanaimo and had a horrible experience.
My experience at the Nanaimo Hearing Clinic was completely different. When you arrive you are greeted by Rhian, she is friendly and knowledgeable and she will feel like your new best friend! Hanan was the practitioner I dealt with, he was fabulous. He was kind and patient and committed to finding the hearing aid that would provide me with the best hearing possible. The clinic offers free trial hearing aids to ensure you buy the ones that are right for you. As I have never worn aids before I really appreciated the time to get used to them before making my purchase. You will not feel rushed during your appointments nor will you experience any high pressured sales tactics common at the other chain locations. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

The staff at the NHC was beyond patient while I was coming to terms with having two hearing aids. They allowed me time to get used to them also even the thought of them for several weeks while on trial. The ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the world is a gift that technology brought with compassionate skill to employ. I feel like I should mention price points. A way I look at it is this. Its a very tiny computer behind your ear. its so tiny in fact it has a mic, yes a mic, a battery, blue tooth and processor all in this bean behind your ear! SO the price does match the technology behind the product. The aids have a 3 year warranty and option to have them covered with your home owners insurance. I will forever be grateful

Excellent professional and friendly service by clinicians and front desk staff. I am a long-term hearing aid user, and visited this clinic after my long-time clinician at a different local clinic left. I am very glad I did and have already recommended Nanaimo Hearing Clinic to a friend. Very happy with my new hearing aids.

Great service, the selection of the right hearing aid was done with great care, lots of good information and perfect coaching. I never felt being rushed into making a decision. I am very satisfied with my new hearing aids and looking forward to the continued service and support offered.
