Westland Insurance Formerly Island Savings Insurance

Trying to buy home insurance. Sent all my details to Westland as requested and received no response to emails and numerous phone messages. If the agent told me they were too busy then fine. Instead they wasted a considerable amount of my time making an application that they wouldn’t even respond to.
Edit*** got response right away after going to branch. Very helpful staff. Unfortunately, underwriter would not insure my property due to fixer upper status. Not these folks fault however. Branch staff are great. Online response and unseen underwriter the problem.
