(October 13, 2020, 4:19 am)This is the 'Village' stop on the GERTIE timetables in case you were wondering. There is a good selection of stores here, pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, and an independent pizza / pasta / burrito place. Close by are further places of interest such as Robert's Place, Mad Rona's Coffee Shop, a great clothing store, and the Woodfire Pizza place.

It is where we buy the food that nourishes our family,it is where our pharmacy is located, as well as our branch of the Vancouver Island Library Wich offers alot to our small community. Gabriola’s Folklife Village was originally constructed as the Folklife Pavilion for Vancouver’s Expo 86 world fair that ran from May to October, 1986. So we enjoy a small price of Canada's history each time we purchase our groceries or pick up our prescriptions or drop off our Library books.

(July 28, 2020, 1:24 am)Groceries, liquor, pizza, ceasars, Rx drugs, library, realtors, and women's clothes. How can you go wrong! Ample parking too!!!
