The Come Alive was a true 'defibrillation' for me - I was able to gain access to my emotions and body-felt experience after being numb and 'in my head' for many years prior. This was over three years ago, and the transformation I experienced has enabled me to grow exponentially, both personally and professionally. I recommend it to anyone seeking more for their overall quality of life.

I have just completed the Fall Yoga Immersion at The Haven with Kelly Price and it was the most wonderful experience. I went seeking to explore a deeper path into my body and to living from my heart and this program came at the right time in the right place and with the most wonderful people. The content of this course is impressive. The work was so comprehensive not only encompassing mind body and soul but enabling us to leave at the end with hugely practical and achievable ideas and inspiration for daily practises aligning ourselves to our most truest self and intention and connecting both inner and outer worlds. Kelly is an intuitive and superb teacher, guide and support with a wealth and depth of knowledge and I felt truly held throughout. A beautiful experience I can most highly recommend. Accommodations were great and the staff was amazing and a big wow to the food.
