My gas hot water heater packed it in on a Saturday. I called and left a message with AusCan Plumbing and my call was returned on a Sunday afternoon and I had a new tank installed on Monday. Super quick and professional service. I have required AusCan's services twice and would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely call them should I ever need such services again.

Lee from Auscan Plumbing came out today to fix a problem with my Gas fire. I had called two companies last week and one didn't call me back and the one that did told me he would call me after he had done his scheduling but never did. I called Auscan and provided the details and he told me it would be this week when he could do the job and that he would contact me.

Lee the owner contacted me over the weekend and told me possibly Monday 01 October he could do the job he also gave me a price based on the information I provided.

Lee called me this morning and said he would come this afternoon which he did and completed the job efficiently and effectively, and the final bill was less than he quoted me needless to say I am extremely happy he will certainly get my business in the future. I highly recommend Lee and Auscan great service great price and fast turn around even though he had other projects on the go Kudos
