I can't say enough good about the business being run at Life Safe Medical Training. Their customer service is beyond reproach. I had a scheduling conflict arise shortly after a course registration - an error which was entirely my own - and Julia Om and Rick Lead did everything they could to assist me in arriving at a solution. Something they were in no way obligated to do given the issue was entirely on me. Couldn't be happier to endorse them as a company for your next advanced skills training on Vancouver Island (or the mainland). Great people to deal with.

Rick was so great! The best instructor I've had yet! Class sizes were small and we had a lot of real equipment to work with in the scenarios. It was a very friendly, supportive, teamwork learning environment and we all got to work though the numerous algorithms in life-like scenarios with expensive and effective simulation equipment. We learned so many very important things from Rick as he is a library of knowledge from his years of experience. I feel like I got the most out of my ACLS and BLS course without any of the stress! Can't recommend Life Safe and Rick enough! Thank you!!

Great course! Had lots of dates to choose from which made it easy to incorporate into a busy schedule. The instructor also gave lots of useful tips for more effective ventilation, intubation etc..
