(October 20, 2019, 8:52 pm)October 2019: Purchased beautiful green tomatoes on the 6th from Nanoose Edible Farms. Friendly senior owner also directed us from a fair distance to where the best vegetable are as well as reminded me to carry one of their sheers to harvest with.
... and we just made our tasty green tomato salad yesterday evening, the 19th and as promised, here are pictures of how we enjoyed these green tomatoes.
