Parksville Bottle & Recycling Depot

I have been using the Parksville Bottle depot for about 11-years. I find the building always well kept, clean and the staff professional. Recycling in the rear is always organized and extremely convenient. Yes there are rules all of us need to follow, and if you follow the rules, and you will leave with a smile. I never experienced negative employees, maybe just employees doing their job and following recycling rules bothers people? Yes, there are recycling rules, but nothing difficult or impossible. It's a shame negative treatment against employees caused the depot to reduce what they take for recycling, especially when it's all a free service. Seeing Nanaimo's depot, I feel lucky to have the far superior Parksville depot. Keep up the good work!

Had excellent service today- I brought in bottles for the donation bin and the man at the door was super helpful and explained that they have been donating tons of money from this program to the SOS, food bank, etc. with a sleeping kid in the car I was very happy not to have to go into the depot at all. good job guys! glad you have coordinated some fundraising efforts!
