Phenomenal service, start to finish. Worked on the car sooner than they anticipated, hunted around and found me a great price on a part, did the install, and all well under their initial estimate. Stefan and Dennis and the rest of the team were stars. I finally have a car guy in Nanaimo.

What amazing service! The lady that helped me at the front desk went above and beyond. I had a tricky issue and they spent the extra time needed to figure it out without killing my bank account. With the diagnosis they sent me pictures through e-mail to show me what the problem was. Seeing as I am very uneducated when it comes to mechanics it helped me to understand the issue. She even noticed I needed a new mirror and looked into fixing it for me without being asked. I felt so well taken care of. I wish I had her name because she really was amazing at her job. I highly reccomend this shop!

I have been a long time customer, well before their renovations done to this amazing body shop. The staff are professional, very friendly and are very helpful from the time you step into the shop, until you leave with your repaired vehicle. The staff communicate very well with the customer when a diagnostics or updates arise for the vehicle being serviced.
I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to go back if my car needs any servicing.
