Nathalie Ristord, Hypnotherapy - Nanaimo Hypnosis

I would like to share how helpful the Intuitive Hypothesis work I just did with Nathalie was.
First off, you don’t anywhere. Nathalie “tunes in”, makes a recording of the images she receives and some possible interpretations, emails it to you and you listen to it at your leisure.
Then you contact her with what you got out of it and then you ask a question you want answered. Again, she will tune in and email you the recording of what she saw.
I enjoyed this process because I could do it when I wanted to and it really helped. The images she saw and their meanings to me were not only timely, but crystal clear, and this was important because I was feeling like I couldn’t take that first step because there were too many options for me. And when I took that first step and made the decision that needed to be made, things started to fall into place quite quickly and effortlessly.
I would absolutely recommend Nathalie as someone you should have on your wellness team. I have seen Nathalie over the years for various issues that I needed a hand with and have been most grateful for her help each time.

I greatly recommend Natalie as a hypnotherapist. I came to see her to stop smoking, control my eating habits and let go of anxiety.
After 3 sessions I have stopped smoking and I feel so much better. I only eat when I am hungry and I take time to relax.
