Staff are very pleasant to deal with and were able to help me out on short notice..

Used these guys a few times. Good price super easy booking and clean car in great condition. Just drop it off at their office conveniently located walking distance from the ferry terminal.

Do not rely on their oral statements. Get everything in writing!
Carefully mark all existing damages during pick-up!

They seem to be nice and easy going at first, but you cannot rely on their oral statements.

During pickup they said "it is absolutely no problem to change the duration of a reservation. A customer only has to pay the time they had the car."

For that reason, I agreed to keep a reservation for a full week.

Once I did return the car earlier (after less than a week), they still charged the full week argueing it is their computer system that they cannot change.

A similar incident happend to my wife, and a friend of mine.

Other than this, the car was in great condition, new, clean, no smoke, no animal hairs. During pick-up they seem to be honest marking existing damages. Pay particular attention to existing damages on the windshield, and on the bottom of the rental vehicle, as well as tires.

Initially a little worried by the low reviews, but completely at ease upon arrival. We were upgraded to a more economical VW Polo for free too, which made our weekend driving so much more comfortable.

All the staff were very polite and helpful and answered all my questions with great patience. Even when I needed to call 3 times in the space of 30 minutes, they kept their composure with me and were overall very conscientious.

Highly recommended, we will be using you guys again in the future. Keep up the good work!
