Highly recommend R-U Computing! I spent several days running around town to the various big name stores (Best Buy, Staples, UBreak IFix) before being referred to Craig at R-U Computing. The price was reasonable, and he had my laptop running again in no time. I'll definitely be back!

This place is awesome! Craig was fast, efficient and friendly, and the services provided were exactly what we needed for a fraction of the cost of taking it to someone else.

Literally couldn't be happier about my experience, I know where I'm coming first next time I have a computer issue.

Side note: It's pretty often as a woman in a 'traditionally men's space' that I feel spoken down to, or that I feel the need to be on guard for potential scams, but I felt very comfortable in this environment. Craig treated me like a person, and took multiple opportunities to give genuine empowerment as a computer owner to make informed decisions about every step of the process. I wish every computer shop/auto shop/etc could have this welcoming of an environment for customers at every skill level.

A store recommends R U computing for my PC repair (I replaced the motherboard and could not get the pc to turn on). The shop owner was very competent and kind - he found out that a wire was connected tightly in 15’ and told me that I did not have to pay for anything. I appreciate the gesture and his great repair skills!

Accolades to Craig at RU Computing. Having taken in my departed PCU Wednesday evening, I picked out a new one and the following morning had a call that all my data had been transferred and was now ready for pick up. The service was exemplary and therefore, I would highly recommend this business.

The reviews are true! I had my hard drive crash and amazingly enough my data was restored, and new hard drive installed in a surprising short turn around time. My computer is faster than ever. Very reasonably priced.
