I recently purchased an iPhone from this store. The Sales personnel (Kazi) was very attentive and courteous towards my needs. He carefully designed a financing plan that enabled me to get my desired phone. At the time I visited the store, it was few minutes before he was supposed to close the store. That didn't stop him from taking the time to explain the product features and going above the scheduled closing in order for me to be satisfied. I applaud his exceptional customer service personality.
