Tara is a trustworthy, kind, passionate person and practitioner. She is a highly skilled RMT, her treatments and her company is delightful. The knowledge she brings to her Yoga classes make them amazing too!

My favourite day of each month is massage day with Tara!! She uses so many different techniques and tools, she is very tuned in and knows exactly what my body needs each treatment. ❤️
