I was assisted by both Sky and Shyam, both of whom provided excellent service. Thanks to their knowledge I got a better deal than I could have even hoped for! There were some technical issues (no fault of theirs,) but these two gentlemen tried everything they could, made phone calls, went above and beyond, got it worked out and sent me on my way happy as a clam with a great new phone and plan. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in store from beginning to end, top notch employees and excellent service :)
