Tim Hortons

I've visited this Tim's a lot in my life. It's practically the main one I go to! Unfortunately, it's not the best. We find that they're always out of the new featured drinks and treats for a very long time. But if you go to a different Tim's anywhere else, they still have stock. I've also had plenty of poorly made wraps and drinks.

This facility is so hit or miss. My latest and last few visits are the reason for this review. I myself did this job for multiple years so I'm more than aware how it can get. Just a word of advice to drive thru staff, you would have more success if you stopped interrupting and listened to your customers. A two drink order should be smooth, we shouldn't have to confirm multiple times and then again at the window just to be sure you actually heard the order correctly because you wouldn't stop talking over us. Rude, poor customer service skills. The guy at the window wasn't much better.. may I remind you that you are employed in the service industry, your main priority should be solid customer service, not interrupting and attitude. Let's hope we can find a better routine next time.
