Friendly staff very knowledgeable and friendly, my go to store in Nanaimo!

Most incredible cannabis shop on the island, hands down.
So welcoming, such a good vibe in the store and the entire staff knows their stuff.
The manager Shea is the sweetest, most knowledgable person and I always trust her to set me up rightt!! I legitimately would love to just hang out there all day if I could lol

Found my new favorite dispensary! My usual place was closed so I stopped in here and couldn't be happier. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, not pushy or anything. The store is decked out in pride decor, really love that the company shows their acceptance of LGBTQ+ members like myself. Thanks for supporting us during pride month, I felt genuinely welcome and safe here. I'll be back for sure.

This was such a welcoming experience. I am not too familiar with going to dispensaries so this was a first for me. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by such a kind staff member. She was extremely patient with me and was able to answer all of my questions (and there was a lot!). This shop is so welcoming and made me feel like its okay for me not to know everything, because they do! So thank you so much to the curly haired girl with glasses, I was so nervous to walk in, but you made me feel like a regular customer. I plan to shop here for all my dispensary needs now!

I went in pretty unknowledgeable myself and wasn't entirely sure what I was after but Shea was extremely helpful and educated and helped me find the right products for me. Being greeted with friendly, prompt and helpful service has ensured I will definitely be a returning customer.
