VI Honda

Just picked up one of our new 2021 Goldwings from VI Honda. We reserved it with ease before it even got there and our buying experience was completely enjoyable.
Shout out to Alicia McLean for her energetic and very thorough orientation to all the fantastic features on this incredible machine. Of note was her patience with all of our questions even though it was rather chilly in the parking lot.
Shout out to Tyler Phan in finance. Sitting down in that office can be the least enjoyable part of buying a vehicle, but Tyler was patient with us, friendly, and efficient.
Their Parts Department researched accessories for us and our tour of the Service Department revealed a clean area that gave the appearance of competence and efficiency.
Now come the adventures.

I highly recommend Cameron Jeffery and the rest of the team at VI Honda for the excellent customer service that they provided us over the past 2 weeks while we purchased two Honda outboard motors. Cameron provided great customer service, he was always very responsive to emails, text, and phone calls. The entire team went above and beyond to help find us the motors and answer all our questions during a very challenging time for the entire industry. I have been involved in the marine industry for over 30 years and this has been one of the best examples of superior customer service that I have ever seen. Kudos to everyone.

This review is regarding their generator division, VI Honda is Great team offering accurate replies to inquiry and very informative, no half information truths, and nice to deal with a company that Knows their products unlike large box retailers. I asked some tough questions and got the answers from both Cameron and Alicia; two very knowledgeable and very friendly support folks. While our interaction has not equated to a sale (yet), I recognize that I received great attention to my inquiries with zero pressure added.

He has excellent people skills, product knowledge, and is very easy and pleasant to work with.
