I did Victoria's Mindful Self Compassion Workshop this year and it was Fantastic. Each week was something new and useful that I could apply to my life. I now have a daily meditation practice because of it. The course is well laid out and very well taught. Its so good I'm considering doing it again. If your considering taking a course, don't consider it any more just sign up. I think the world would be a better place with more self compassion. I was referred to Victoria for private counselling through my employee benefit plan. I could not have asked for a better fit. I have seen a few different counselors in the past, and while they were all competent and kind, none matched the level of insight and compassion I have experienced with Victoria.
