At 70 years young, my first series of 4 colonics was with Tamara at Wakada Wellness Centre. Tamara is pleasant, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. This was an absolutely stress-free experience with no pain, discomfort, or difficulty of any kind.
We chatted and laughed about health and life in general. It was an energizing and rejuvenating experience.
I am recovering from Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS) and Electrical Magnetic Field Hyper-Sensitivity (EHS). I have several noticeable markers that say I am recovering quite quickly, after 3 1/2 years of Environmental Illness (EI). For example, in March of this year, I was sleeping 18 hours a day, but am now down to about 12 hours of sleep. My healthy norm had been 8 hours and 10 minutes for decades.
