(December 2, 2020, 5:50 am)The Black Bear is okay. It's kind of a generic neighbourhood pub. Nothing particularly outstanding or particularly poor. The food is fine, the drinks are fine, the prices are fine, the service is fine.
Not great, not bad. 2 stars seems too low a rating, 4 stars seems too high. So 3 stars it is. -

Love the vibe as I walked through and shared pleasantries with the locals who feel just as comfortable as I did. The owners....well let's just say their pride shines bright at The Black Bear Pub!!!
