A big shout out to the Ryan for taking care of me on the sale of my new E50 mini, he took care of us from beginning to end like a champ. Couple minor issues on the lower hour used machine that he never hesitated to fix, running us out parts after work on his own time. We recently purchased a skid steer and a snow blower from Westerra in Nanaimo. Our sales person, Ryan O, sourced me out a clean machine, and searched the province for the blower. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment we were looking for and could answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Ryan for your future equipment purchases. We recently purchased our first machine from Westerra Equipment. Originally we were looking at a different excavator/company and the salesman would take weeks to get back to us and could never give us a quote. Decided to try Westerra and Ryan was a pleasure to deal with, always quick to respond. He had the exact machine we wanted delivered to our house within a couple weeks. Even if it wasn’t in stock he had provided a timeline of when it would arrive which was much sooner than the other company.
Now that we have been using it we are pleased we went with the Bobcat, as it has proved to be better than previous ones used. Between what the excavator can do and Ryan’s quick, knowledgeable service, Westerra has our recommendation!
