(August 26, 2022, 8:23 pm)I forgot my purse at home and couldn't get back home, called the company and they agreed to take the card info of my husband and charge me over the phone. Driver of car 44 arrived, waited for me too long and then when I came out I apologized and he was all smiling and said no worries. Then I arrived home and he had to call the company cz he didn't know that I was charged over the phone, so while we waited for the operator to get back to us, he kept apologizing for letting us wait then he asked if I would like him to hold the building door for me because I was carrying a baby
(July 25, 2022, 4:56 pm)Arranged a taxi the night before to ensure my daughter could get to work on time while I was out of town. The driver was on time, and I was able to pay over the phone. My daughter was on time to work, and she very much enjoyed his company and conversation. Overall a very stressful time that Yellow Cab helped to make less stressful! Thank you!
