These guys are great! My truck broke down on Saturday morning after a long week of work. I told the guys I was from out of town and had a 4 hour drive ahead of me and they stayed almost an hour late to make sure I could get back on the road and back home! Leyton was very thorough in diagnosing what was wrong with my truck and taking the right steps to fix it in a cost effective manner and double-checking that my truck was good for travelling. Dan Caterer was friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable while I waited, keeping me in the loop with my truck and even turning on the Raptors game for me while I waited! These guys went above and beyond for me and I was really impressed with their integrity, honesty and overall customer service. Because they were willing to stay late it saved me another $250 in a hotel as I would have had to wait until Monday for them to continue to work on my truck. I recommend going here if you are ever in a bind or need anything to fix. Thank you Leyton and Dan for your excellent customer service and for getting me home safely!

Got my van back to being a safe drive today. Less than 1 hour and both front wheels pulled and new brake pads and rotors installed . Test drive and a free wash,,,, good to go. All of the staff are so easy to deal with, fair pricing and quality parts. I highly recommend BCAA.

Just a great bunch of guys (and gal) running this location. It's honestly pretty hard to find real integrity left in the automotive industry, especially when it comes to repairs, but I've found it here.

The mechanics are top notch, they don't rush the job, or try to sell you extras. When an issue is found they let you come under the vehicle and see for yourself; I'm a car guy so I appreciate that extra effort.

The customer service staff are honest and don't treat the customers like they're on the opposite team. The whole place feels like a family run operation, it's a welcome breath of nostalgia.

Great Place! It's about time honest people exist in the automotive industry!!! I really like their attention to detail. I brought a vehicle in for a 172 point pre-purchase inspection. They tested everything including seatbelts and noticed one of the power windows was not working. Thank you!

Good repair facility overall. Friendly, knowledgeable professional staff. The facility and surrounding area is clean, and they have clear glass to see into the shop so you can view some of what's going on with your vehicle if you're waiting. I don't know if they have complimentary wifi. Location is just off the hwy and across the street to the west from the BCAA office.
