Eco Choice Carpet Cleaners was a life saver for us! We had a very challenging carpet stain that needed immediate attention. They came at the end of their already long work day to help us. They were friendly, efficient and did a GREAT job on our carpet. They also checked in with us the next day to see if the stain had come out and came back a second time at no charge! We will definitely be getting Eco Choice cleaners when we need our carpets cleaned.

After a few experiences with Lorraine and her team they are my first choice for carpet cleaning. We have had a few pet accidents on our white area rugs and Lorraine was very knowledgeable about what types of products to use that would be best for the stain and the type of carpet. She even removed a stain that a previous carpet cleaning company had left on our natural fiber area rug. They go above and beyond for their clients and we really appreciate that!

This was a great experience! We just moved in; long weekend and awful pet smells. They came on Friday long weekend after 3! We couldn't move anything until carpets were done, so we really appreciated them coming though it was a long weekend. Wonderful products that removed the smell; we thought we might have to rip the carpets out. I think the greatest impression though, was their honesty. They immediately said the carpet was clean it only needed special solutions to remove the pet issues. So completely honest in saying it didn't need to be all redone. The next day they called to ask about the odour to make sure it was gone! I said in one room there was a small odour still; shortly thereafter they came back to redo that portion of the room. They were courteous, honest, smiling and I can't say enough about them. Great people, great products; recommend recommend!!!
