(May 11, 2019, 12:53 am)Completed my OFA 3 in Kelowna under the instruction of Sarah. Great instructor that approaches teaching in a fun and engaging manner. She makes it known when you make a mistake and clearly explains how to correct it. The structure of the class makes it achievable to pass if you pay attention and put in the work. Highly recommended facility and will get re-certified here.

(June 1, 2018, 4:46 pm)Had a couple instructors from FACTS travel to my office out in Sicamous for some training over a couple days. Not only were they very accommodating, with our schedule, the instructors were very personable and made the courses fun. Will be booking with FACTS again in the future.
