Great service , top notch halibut with very light batter , and delicious crispy golden fries. Even the tartar sauce - fresh out the cooler -was very good. We will definitely be back.
We came here on recommendation from a local... and we were not disappointed. In fact we came back twice in one week during our vacation. My dad is extremely picky when it comes to fish and chips. He has rated Harry’s the best he has ever had; and he has experienced fish and chips around the world.
Amazing service, and quality food. Will come back again!
We came today for the first time and enjoyed an excellent lunch. I read the reviews posted and agree with all of those who gave five stars. Instead of repeating what others have duly praised, I will only add one unique observation — it is the only fish and chips place I have ever eaten at that offers excellent grilled salmon at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
I had heard a lot of good things so I decided to try it. I had the halibut x 2 and the pieces were massive, crispy on the outside and nice and tender inside. The chips could have maybe been done a tad longer but were still pretty awesome. As the great Arnold once said.....I’ll be back!
My wife and I attended Harry's during a weekday. We dropped in around 2 p.m for a fish and chips meal and really enjoyed what we found. The service was right on, super pleasant, water had a bit of lemon in it, everything very very clean, and a really full meal, 2 pieces of fish, plenty of chips. I was disappointed to read one of the reviews in which they noted that the plate price was in the 20$ range and suggested this was unreasonable. This is real fish, not pressed fish parts. The days of the 10$ cod lunch are long gone. This real fish is fairly priced, there was a perfect batter on each which highlighted the fish, rather than being a sea of batter concealing the fish, nicely cooked, not the usual cook it to absolute death. This was some of the best fish and chips I've had. Was it the cheapest fish and chips? No, that's not what they're about. This was quality. I would go there again.
