Kal Tire

I can't say enough good things about this kal tire location. On the ride up from Vancouver, we hit an absolute monster of a pot hole that carved a chunk of rubber out my sidewall right to the cords. The first kal tire location I called didn't have my tire in stock (which is normal) and wouldn't be able to get one in for about a week. They didn't call this location. I did, and I should have started with them as they had in in stock (pure luck) but they were able to fit me in, even though they were busy to accommodate my tight schedule and help. The Scott, the guy that helped me out was an absolute gem, he was so nice and helpful that I kind of want to grab a beer with him! I cannot stress how great this location is.

Great staff & true service. They helped us out right when they were about to close when we noticed we had a nail in our tire. It was on a Saturday of a long weekend so we would have been out of luck for a couple days if they hadn't have done so. Thanks Kal Tire!

I noticed that I had a flat tire five minutes before closing time. I called that I was on my way, and arrived after closing time . They stayed open to fix the tire so that I could get home, and to work first thing the next morning. The level of service and friendliness is extraordinary. This is an exceptional business.
