The staff are very knowledgable about their oils, and vinegars. Take some time to enjoy this store and their multiple tasting options.
What I enjoy the most are the food pairing and recipe suggestions from the staff. I also really like their small balsamic and olive oil gift combination sets that are already made up for you. I give them as hostess gifts and are great value for under $13!
