Primacy - North Okanagan Medical Clinic

Wonderful clinic with great service. They are very busy as one of only 2 walk in clinics in town. They do a wonderful job of serving with a smile despite the hectic waiting room right before the long weekend!

The clinic and staff are fine, wouldn’t listen to the bad reviews. The long waits are extremely frustrating. But, if everyone in vernon didn’t go to the clinic because they got a cold that problem would be fixed. Learn some basic medical skills or google your symptoms. Wasting everyone’s time.

Good medical services but abusive of customer/patient time. Was told a wait time of 45 minutes, but it took over 2 hours. Accurate information on wait time should not be difficult and would allow customers to allocate our time usefully.

I find it convenient great parking come get your prescription there if you need and you have time to wait for your grocery shopping

While out skiing from Ontario I had to visit the clinic twice. Each time the wait was minimal and the treatment careful and complete. The two women who handle the desk are efficient and kind.
