She really goes out of her way to make the whole process easy and trouble free. She takes the time to clearly explain the process and answer any questions that may come up. Beate works hard and obviously has a passion for helping people. She's very well informed on the Vernon area and Market Trends - something that is imperative so you don't pay too much for a house or list your property too low.
