Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa

Had a wonderful time!! The spa was the best part of course. Wish I had booked a treatment for day of checkout though.. wanted to use the pool on Sunday and cant after 11am if checking out.. most places similar would allow you to enjoy the pool after checkout. Having said that they told me had I booked my massage etc for Sunday afternoon I could have. ;)

I will definitely go back again. The spa was relaxing, clean and welcoming. The rooms were bright,have beautiful views and nice beds. Hubby and I paid for massages and were both happy to have deep tissue or not. I have recommended all my friends and relatives to visit.

Absolutely stunning! The resort is so beautiful, the staff friendly and attentive to your needs, the spa’s and services were relaxing and just what we needed.

The resort needs to work on getting guests to be quiet in the spa area. Too often there were groups talking and laughing in the calm areas of the spa. Some of the guests seemed to think it was a Mexico holiday instead of the wellness resort that it is.

Decided to do a quick little weekend away and this was the place to do it. We weren't used to spas and this turned out to be a wonderful first experience. You don't even have to book a spa treatment; although we did; there are numerous complimentary steams, saunas, and pools to use. Everyone there from the valet parking to the spa attendants to the restaurant are helpful, polite and the utmost of professionalism. Everyone wanders freely in there robes. You can even enjoy breakfast while in your robe. This felt strange at first but gave everything a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast buffet by the way is excellent and it is included. If you need a weekend to pamper yourself; check this Vernon B.C. gem out.

Absolutely beautiful rooms and location. Loved our stay here. Very romantic. Fantastic spas and pools. Didn't really need the tub in the room, but still a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic. Bring some snacks as there's not many options for food around.
