(June 25, 2020, 8:02 pm)We went to three dodge dealerships in the Okanagan and this one had the best service by far. Landon was very easy to deal with and very responsive to all our questions, regardless the medium we used. The only real complaint we had was with the finance guy, he seems a little pushy with the warranty’s and the “required life insurance” for the financing. After telling him we had life insurance and having to ask him multiple times to clarify if the insurance was optional, he said he doesn’t know after telling us we needed it for the past 5 mins. Turns out we didn’t and we would have wasted money on an insurance we didn’t need because he told us it was required. Other than that, highly recommend this location and Landon.
