A really interesting walking trail and heritage centre. The staff were friendly and we had a nice time. Who knew Canada had a desert?!
Very educational. Well maintained boardwalk with good explanations along the way. Might be hot on hot days so be prepared.
a very interesting desert and spot to take pictures and stroll along the boardwalk. it was way too hot to come here i think it was nearly 38 degrees that morning. we didn’t see a single person on the boardwalk. we really enjoyed the brochure which had numbered signs along the walk that explained and described the habitat as well as the wildlife animals and flowers. very cute spot to take pictures and the place was very clean and well maintained. i wish they close at a later time so we could spot the sunset. otherwise it’s a perfect place but just too hot
This is an amazing walk! Can do a self-guided tour or guided. Lots of fantastic info about the habitat and chances for wildlife viewing. Great staff, will definitely go again.
This is an interesting stop to learn and appreciate the local fauna. The guild was knowledgeable and funny and lead the group well. The center supplies hats if you forget yours (you're going to need it) and bring extra water and go early) - even our 10am tour was over 30 degrees.
