Had Sarsons install a Heat Pump in our townhouse in Osoyoos at the end of 2018 summer season.Now that we have had time to really test it out, we couldn't be happier with our choice which was Daikin.Their suggesting the proper locations for the 2 inside units was right on.The install was done very well and on the time shedule they stated.The woman at the front counter was very friendly and helpfully including getting us our rebate from Fortus ......... so THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! ! I've dealt with Sarson's since 2014 and they have never let me down! They are efficient at getting quotes for the larger jobs and totally responsive on those scary leaking water emergencies. Pleasant and helpful office staff. I recently had an under the sink leak. I called Sarsons at 8:11 and their guy was at my house (a 20 minute drive from their location) in less than half an hour. Special thank you to Paul for his kindness and wonderful manner.
