My good experience started as I entered the door Michele was friendly and put me at ease in what I thought would be an unpleasant experience. Bryan was also friendly and very good at his job. Simply put, they rock ! After moving to Oliver in 2016 I was pleasantly surprised to find an Expert Hearing Solutions office right here in the Buy Low Foods mall complex. As I already owned a pair of hearing aids I contacted them to have my hearing aids checked out. There I met Michelle, receptionist extraordinaire, whose friendly and upbeat demeanour made me feel welcome and at ease. She calls monthly to remind me to bring my hearing aids in for cleaning, batteries etc. Shortly after, I was introduced to Brian Kawer, the resident Hearing Aid Guru, another super nice person who is truly an expert at his trade. Friendly, considerate, professional, you won’t be disappointed when you walk into his office.
Since getting my first set of hearing aids at Expert Hearing Solutions I have never been disappointed, Any concerns are addressed immediately, and lots of follow ups to ensure my hearing aids are working properly and to discuss any changes to my hearing. If you’re even curious about hearing aids stop in and see Brian and Michelle, you’ll be glad you did.

It is a real pleasure to deal with Michelle and the hearing expert at this location. Never do you go in where you don't get a big smile from both of them. Both Bryan and Michelle greeted me warmly on my first visit and have done so ever since. I have no stress or discomfort when I have appointments to see him. Bryan is focused on making certain the hearing aids are perfected to my hearing loss and is genuinely concerned.
