Dr.Kwasnek is so patient and thorough; I have never experienced this level of care before with an Optometrist. He was patient with me throughout the exam and really took the time to get my prescription right. I am grateful as my last set of glasses done elsewhere were incorrect and useless to me. When it came to finding the right glasses, Gabby was also very thorough and patient with me. Explaining all options and she listened to my needs and then proposed a solution to best meet those, not that of the retail store. So grateful. Thank you for a great experience!

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service I received this spring at Grapevine Optical. Gabby took the time on several different occasions to ensure that the reading glasses I purchased for me, and for my Dad, were suitable. Her compassionate, accommodating, and professional service during challenging times was amazing! Looking forward to making bigger purchases in the future.
